About me

I picked up my camera in 2011 and haven't put it down since. It truly was my first love. If you would have told that 15 year old girl that photography was going to be her one and only job, she would have peed her pants with excitement. I am grateful every day that I get to call this my job.

I met my husband in 2015 and it was the totally cliche, fall hard, love story. He has been my home since the day we met. Meeting him changed the way I photograph others entirely. I knew the quiet and intimate moments that meant so much to me and wanted more than anything to capture that for others. 

After several years of struggling to conceive, we became pregnant with our sweet boy, and later our precious daughter, both through IVF. The journey we endured to get them both earth side opened my eyes to an entire new world. I have such deep respect and admiration for each and every mother and father, as it is the most challenging and rewarding thing I've ever experienced. 

Capturing love stories and families growing truly lights a fire inside of me in a way that is hard to put into words. Through the years I have found that photography is not only about the art to me, but bringing the beauty of each story to the surface and capturing it in a genuine and timeless style.
